ARTIST STATEMENT:
New work in 2013 is the theme of Water and Rocks. It is done
with woodcuts on rice paper and watercolor. Sumi paintings often
done as studies for the woodcuts. The "Bird Flock" series of
woodcut/watercolor prints was done in 2012 using 2 forest boughs
in various colors as background for the birds. Each of my prints
is an original.
