January 7, 2023. Led by Kelvin Hoang, APCC Community Outreach Advocate, our first Taste of Asia event was a huge success! The Cultural team and participants had a blast learning how to make Kelvin's delicious Vietnamese Egg rolls and Casava with coconut milk.
His presentation was fantastic and he even encouraged everyone to try rolling their own rolls. It was an amazing time for all involved.
