ANNUAL NEW YEAR CELEBRATION
APCC celebrates the lunar new year with our largest annual event, the Annual Asia Pacific New Year Celebration. This community-based arts and culture exhibition features a different host country or culture each year. The day is filled with more than 20 exciting performances, cultural demonstrations and martial arts, culture and arts displays, authentic cuisine, and a variety of vendors and resource booths. This is APCC’s signature event held at the Tacoma Dome for over two decades, bringing thousands of people together to be immersed in the rich and diverse cultures of the Asia Pacific.
Every year comes with new and exciting performances at the main stage. We also have another stage featuring martial arts from many different disciplines and different cultural groups. Some bring audiences to the stage to participate in the demonstrations.
The children have a ton of activities they can participate in. We have several cultural hands-on demos where the child and their family can create things, dress in different cultural attire, play games all in a fun exciting atmosphere. Let's play!
Food - please come hungry. If you want to try different cultural foods, this is the place to go. We have many different vendors offering the best and most delicious traditional dishes. Are you hungry yet?
We have almost a hundred vendors to fill the needs of those who love to shop. We also have an array of other vendors from non-profit groups, Do it yourself projects, clothing, jewelry, food, home remodeling, and more.

We are back at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall.
We are excited to announce that we are coming back to this amazing and larger venue. Look for this year to have bigger performances, more food, and vendor booths. There will be more hands-on activities and cultural demonstrations. We are celebrating 25 years, so be prepared for many special additions to commemorate this milestone.

Thousands of people will be attending this day-long event. This is a perfect event to showcase your wares and/or services to the public. Retail booths go for $150, Food Booths are $300, and Non-Profit booths are only $30.
