Samoan Scholarship: Investing in Education and Culture.

APPLY NOW! APCC proudly offers its Samoan Scholarship to support graduating high school seniors of Samoan or part-Samoan heritage across Washington State. Each year, ten $1,000 scholarships are awarded to students pursuing higher education at a 2-year or 4-year college/university for the Fall 2026 Semester.

Eligible applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a completed application, short essays, transcripts, and letters of recommendation. The scholarship not only recognizes academic achievement but also honors cultural identity, community involvement, and personal resilience.

Through this scholarship, APCC and the Samoan Cultural Celebration Committee aim to encourage students to pursue their educational goals while staying connected to their cultural heritage. By supporting young leaders today, the program helps strengthen the future of the Samoan community in Washington State.

Education plays a vital role in empowering the next generation. Programs like the APCC Samoan Scholarship help remove financial barriers while celebrating the achievements of students who demonstrate dedication, leadership, and pride in their cultural roots.

Recipients are celebrated during our Samoa Community Banquet and Awards on July 23, 2026, 6:30 pm at APCC, where they are recognized for their accomplishments and commitment to carrying forward the values of the Samoan community.
